1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using EZdash, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the service.
2. Nature of the Service
EZdash provides visual demonstration interface for illustrative, preview, and presentation purposes only.
All data, metrics, balances, analytics, activity, and information displayed within EZdash are simulated and manually entered by the user. EZdash does not represent real accounts, real transactions, or live platform data.
EZdash does not connect to external services, does not access third party platforms, and does not perform real actions of any kind.
EZdash is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with any third party platforms, services, or brands that may be visually referenced. Any resemblance to real interfaces is for demonstration purposes only.
3. Subscription and Payments
By subscribing to EZdash services, you authorize recurring billing according to the selected subscription plan.
Subscription fees are charged at the beginning of each billing period. Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless cancelled prior to the next billing date.
All payments are processed automatically by third party payment providers. EZdash does not store payment card information.
4. Cancellation of Subscription
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.
Cancellation stops future billing cycles. However, fees already paid for the current billing period are non refundable. After cancellation, access to Dashmock will remain available until the end of the current billing period.
5. Refund Policy
EZdash operates on a non refundable basis once subscription access has been granted. Refunds may be considered solely for issues such as duplicate billing or unauthorized charges. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the transaction date.
6. Account Usage and Sharing
EZdash subscriptions are licensed for individual use. Account sharing, credential sharing, or granting access to unauthorized users is strictly prohibited.
EZdash reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be shared or misused, without notice and without refund.
7. User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for how you use, present, share, or distribute any visuals generated through EZdash. You agree not to use Dashmock for unlawful, deceptive, or fraudulent purposes.
8. Liability
Our liability for the services provided under these Terms is limited to the greatest extent permissible under applicable law., EZdash shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages, losses, disputes, or claims arising from the use of the service outside of its intended demonstration purpose.
9. Account Termination
EZdash reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or misuse of the service.
10. Changes of Terms
EZdash may modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be effective upon posting on our site. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Privacy Policy
EZdash does not collect, store, or process real personal data, financial data, or third party platform credentials.
Any information entered into EZdash is provided voluntarily by the user and is treated as mock or test data only.
EZdash does not sell, rent, or share user data with third parties.
Limited technical data such as IP address, device type, and usage logs may be collected solely for security, performance, and service maintenance purposes.
EZdash does not track users across external websites and does not access third party services.
